Thirteen graduates from the College of Regulation of Benson Idahosa College have bagged top quality on the 2023 Nigerian Regulation Faculty Bar examination.
On Thursday, BIU’s Head of Communication, Temi Esonamunjor, advised South-South PUNCH that the bar examination was carried out on November 2023 and the result was launched on February 14.
He stated, “We’re proud to announce that 13 graduates from the College of Regulation, Benson Idahosa College, bagged top quality on the 2023 Nigerian Regulation Faculty Bar examination.
“This outstanding success not solely highlights the educational prowess of our college students but also displays the excessive requirements of training and preparation offered by Benson Idahosa College’s College of Regulation.
“Within the outcomes launched by the Council for Authorized Schooling, the place 5,308 candidates sat for the examination, a notable 251 people, representing about 5 per cent of the entire candidates made top quality.
“Provided that the variety of universities in Nigeria permitted by the CLE to take a seat for the NLS bar examinations as of 2023 is 68, the feat achieved by these 13 gemstones can merely be described as superior.”
Performing Vice Chancellor of BIU and chairman of BIU Senate, Professor Johnson Oyedeji, on receiving the information of the extraordinary toes on the Heritage Campus of the college, expressed profound pleasure and gratitude, on behalf of the administration and Senate of the college, to the workers and college students of the College of Regulation.
