“We strongly urge you to rethink your latest choice to authorize the switch of a brand new arms package deal to Israel and to withhold this and any future offensive arms transfers till a full investigation into the airstrike is accomplished,” the letter stated, “and whether it is discovered this strike violated US or worldwide legislation, these accountable are held accountable.”
The letter cited the humanitarian disaster in Gaza, impending famine, and the rising demise toll.
