The PSC – Police Service Commission has authorized the promotion of 1,607 Deputy Superintendents of Police to the following Superintendents rank.

The assertion quoted the Chairman of the Fee and Retired Inspector-Normal of Police Solomon Arase as saying that the Fee has restored the dignity of the specialists’ cadre within the Nigeria Police Drive.

It added that the promotion of the DSPs to SPs noticed the elevation of 158 officers within the skilled cadre, 105 within the communication unit, 22 in transport, ten medical officers, nine nurses and one other nine from work.
