The Minister of Power, Adebayo Adelabu, has disclosed that the Federal Authorities would begin paying a part of the money owed to producing corporations and gasoline suppliers in April.

The minister also mentioned he would liaise with the Central Financial Institution of Nigeria to prioritise international trade allocation to the facility sector, saying that it may increase its potential to ramp up capability for producing output.
Talking about the debt owed to stakeholders within the energy sector, Adelabu mentioned he was in Egbin to seek its understanding.
“The Federal Authorities owes the facility producing corporations some huge cash; prime on the checklist of the collectors is Egbin Energy plant. We don’t need this to cripple their operations.
