Police, troops, and Department of State Service (DSS) officers attacked a camp in Eke-agbebor Isu, Onicha Local Government Area (LGA) of Ebonyi State, believed to be home to the outlawed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB).
This was said in a press statement issued on Thursday in Abakaliki by SP Onome Onovwakpoyeya, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO) of the state police command.
According to Onovwakpoyeya, the team allegedly damaged a shrine in the IPOB camp.
