According to a tweet on X, hundreds of UK nurses have been asked to retake a program to give another chance for Nigerian nurses to be allowed and approved as practicing nurses in the United Kingdom. According to the tweet, these fraudulent acts were uncovered at a Nigerian testing center. Most of these results were obtained through the Nursing Midwife Council Exam by using proxy testers.

Out of one thousand applicants, six hundred and sixty-nine are suspected to be Nigerians and have been given three chances to retake test as well as undergo a computer based test (CBT) before proper application.
