Delta governor Sheriff Oborevwori, who had been elected with the confidence of his voters, has vowed that he’ll live up to their expectations. Speaking at Winners Chapel in Effurun, Oborevwori pledged to serve the people of Delta State with humility and a fear of God.
The governor acknowledged the support and prayers from the church and citizens of the state, which he claims brought him to his post as governor. He said he would do more for the people as promised, but urged them to keep on praying so they could have him succeed in his new task.

Oborevwori answered, “It’s a pleasure to be here today with you. It’s yours, and when I was sworn in as the fifth governor of Deta State, I said I’d come to worship with you. “Please pray for my success, as I promised to do more for Deltans, and I believe Warri will see a new face. Thank you, Pastor Triumphant Obamoh, for all your support.” We’re proud of you! Papa (Bishop David Oyedepo) is pleased with us. “I got my certificate of return, visited Canaanland for prayer with my wife, and plan to return for the anointing to fulfill my duties.” “I’ll be a governor for all Deltans. I aim to serve with humility and the fear of God as a servant leader.”
The pastor at Living Faith Church, Effurun, Pastor Triumphant Obamoh, spoke on the topic “Understanding the Blessedness of a Revival” and stated that God’s presence is what sustains and decorates a person. He also expressed confidence in Delta State’s future, predicting great things to come. “Revival leads to seeking God and focusing on His kingdom, said Pastor Obamoh. He predicted practical development in Delta and prayed for Governor Sheriff Oborevwori to have the wisdom to bring positive change to the state.”
