A blast ripped by way of a Central Asian-themed cafe within the Russian metropolis of Voronezh on Monday, shattering home windows, Russian information companies reported, citing native police.
The shattered home windows of the “Jap Tea Home” on Lenin Road had been proven in footage printed by the Zvezda information service.
The Mash media group stated the cafe was attacked within the early hours when nobody was on the premises.
