Former Tremendous Falcons goalkeeper Bidemi Aluko-Olaseni is useless.
Aluko-Olaseni died after an eight-year battle with most cancers.
The Nigerian Soccer Federation introduced this in a submission through its X account, @thenff, late Saturday evening.
It learns, “We’re unhappy to listen to of the passing of former @NGSuper_Falcons goalkeeper, Bidemi Aluko-Olaseni after an eight-year battle with most cancers.
“Our ideas and prayers are with the household.
“Could her light soul relax in peace?”
She showcased exceptional expertise throughout Aluko-Olaseni’s stint as a goalkeeper for the Tremendous Falcons.
Moreover, she contributed her skills to groups reminiscent of Rivers Angels and Sunshine Queens.
Aluko-Olaseni’s most cancer journey
In 2019, PUNCH Online reported that the most cancers, based on her, developed in 2017 while participating in Rivers Angels within the Nigerian Ladies’ Premier League.
She defined that instantly after most cancers were detected, she was requested to undergo surgical procedures, chemotherapy and radiation, which she did.
The retired keeper informed our correspondent that she was pressured to stop soccer due to the ailment.
Aluko-Olaseni, who was in aim for the Falcons between 2012 and 2013, mentioned she wanted about N5m for therapy in Nigeria.
