Experts have called on the Federal Government to prioritise adopting sustainable transport solutions to address environmental challenges and promote economic development.
The Chief Government Officer of Egoras Know-how, Ugoji Harry, instructed Foxiz NIGERIA that with the rising considerations over local weather change and air air pollution, the adoption of sustainable transport choices had changed into paramount.
Harry famously said, “We urge the Federal Authorities to embrace sustainable transport options comparable to electric cars, public transportation methods, Compressed Pure Fuel, and biking infrastructure to scale back carbon emissions and mitigate the impacts of local weather change.”

He stated that the federal authorities might be vital in constructing an extra resilient and environmentally accountable future.
Harry revealed plans to roll out a blockchain-powered charging station, Egostation, and a homemade electrical car.
“Collectively, we can create a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future. Not too long ago, we announced plans to launch the first-ever made-in-Nigeria electrical car, the APEX 28, in April. This was manufactured at Egoras’ manufacturing unit in Port Harcourt,” he acknowledged.
He stated the ministry decided to deal with urgent power challenges and promote sustainable national improvement.

Harry famously said that the excessive conversion prices, starting from N700,000 to N800,000 per car, posed a big barrier for many drivers.
