Some members of the Peoples Democratic Celebration, PDP, and Labour Celebration, LP, have defected to the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, at Ndufu Alike ward in Ikwo Native Authorities Space of Ebonyi State.
Receiving the defectors at Ndufu Alike junction, the member representing Ikwo/Ezza-South Federal Constituency on the Nationwide Meeting, Chinedu Ogah, counseled their transfer into the ruling celebration.
He appreciated the leaders of the celebration within the ward for his or her roles and dedication within the celebration.
The lawmaker assured the defectors of inclusiveness and urged the folks of Ndufu Alike ward to proceed to assist the great administration of Governor of Ebonyi State, Francis Nwifuru.
Of their separate speeches, a few of the defectors from PDP and Labour Celebration described their former events as weak within the state, promising to work laborious to provide the celebration forceful weight on the grassroot in any respect time.
Current through the defection included; Hon. Uchenna Nwanchor, the celebration’s ward Chairman, Hon.Osita Ogidi Ali; the Coordinator, Apostle Emmanuel Mbam; the Ward Councillor, Hon.Sunday Nworie; the Girls chief, Nweke Elizabeth, amongst others.
