Two buildings have been broken and folks have been evacuated in Russia’s St Petersburg on Saturday morning after native residents reported a loud explosion that blew out home windows.
St Petersburg Governor Alexander Beglov mentioned “an incident” had taken place within the metropolis’s north-eastern district of Krasnogvardeyskiy. There have been no casualties, however residents have been evacuated from their flats, Beglov mentioned, with out explaining the reason for the incident or its nature.
Reuters video taken on the scene confirmed a broken facade of a constructing with blown-out home windows, broken balconies and shattered glass and particles on the bottom.

Residents of the broken homes instructed Reuters that they heard some unusual sounds adopted by a blast and a fireplace.
