Proposed modifications to BELA Invoice rejected by public – SABC Information

The authorized division of Parliament says it has discovered that many of the public submissions on the Primary Schooling Legal guidelines Modification (BELA) Invoice are rejecting the proposed modifications.

The envisaged modifications on the BELA Invoice makes important amendments to the South African Faculties Act of 1996 and the Educators Employment Act of 1998.

The Nationwide Council of Provinces (NCOP) has accomplished its public session course of through-out all provinces.
