The Senate mandated its leadership to interface with President Bola Tinubu and the National Liberation Congress (NLC). Senators urged the Federal Government to develop comprehensive palliatives to mitigate the subsidy removal effects and the NLC leadership to halt the strike until the Senate interfaces with the executive branch.
