President Bola Tinubu, on Wednesday, handed the Scholar Loans (Entry to Increased Training) Act (Repeal and Re-Enactment) Invoice, 2024, into regulation.
This comes after separate issues by each the Senate and the Home of Representatives of the report of the Committee on Tertiary Establishments and TETFund.
