Ukraine says teams are appearing independently

Andriy Yusov, a spokesperson for Ukraine’s navy intelligence, informed Ukraine’s 24 Channel the teams have been conducting the operation on Russian territory independently of Ukraine.
Yusov stated a 3rd group, the Russian Volunteer Corps, was additionally collaborating within the operation.
